Information about social rides

The pace for the club runs is around 17 mph. All rides operate a no drop policy so you won’t be left behind! However for the faster rides ability to do the speed and distance is required by the group.

Other rides are also organised  throughout the week via. our members only  team app. Please ask to be added to the group on our “contact us” form at the bottom of the home page.

To ensure maximum enjoyment a road bike is considered essential for these rides. Please also ensure that you have money (for cafe stop), food, drink and equipment (pump, inner tubes, multi-tool) for a mid distance ride. See here for information on how to ride in groups.

For more info on all rides please see the teams app.
