NOT RUNNING ATM
There are two runs to choose from on a Sunday, an “A” Run and a “B” Run. The “A” Run is aimed at riders of above average fitness and riders should be confident of maintaining the group pace, indication level 2-3 for the duration of the ride. The “B” run is a more social ride aimed at newcomers and less fit riders.
08:00 (“A” run Level 3 | 60+ miles | no stop – optional coffee stop at end)
09:00 (“B” run Level 2 | 50+ miles | coffee stop halfway)
In line with British Cycling guidance we will be organising group rides of up to 15 people. See the team app for more details.
Unfortunately due to COVID, rides are limited to club members only.
The pace for the club runs is around 17 mph. All rides operate a no drop policy so you won't be left behind! However for the faster rides ability to do the speed and distance is required by the group.
Other rides are also organised throughout the week via. our members only team app. Please ask to be added to the group on our "contact us" form at the bottom of the home page.
To ensure maximum enjoyment a road bike is considered essential for these rides. Please also ensure that you have money (for cafe stop), food, drink and equipment (pump, innertubes, multitool) for a mid distance ride.
For more info on all rides please see the teams app.
